Owensboro Health is adding to its growing list of healthcare providers and locations with the opening a new primary care facility.
It’s called Owensboro Health Primary Care – The Springs and is located in the Springs Health Centre in Owensboro.
About The Practice
The new facility brings two new providers to the Owensboro Health organization – Sylvia Sweatt, APRN and Kelsey Pedley, APRN.
Sylvia Sweatt, APRN, focuses on Family Practice and offers various services, including comprehensive treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, wellness visits, CDL exams, and simple dermatology services for individuals aged 12 and above.
Kelsey Pedley, APRN, specializes in Primary Care and offers a comprehensive range of services to patients of all ages.
The Owensboro Health Medical Group is comprised of more than 350 providers and over 30 locations.

Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7:30am-noon. The facility is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
